10 Cranberry Recipes to Make This Season

November 9, 2018 by Katie

In case you weren’t aware….it’s cranberry season! The vibrantly red fall fruit reaches its peak at this time of the year and then seems to disappear at the end of December. Luckily, there are a lot of ways to live it up during the short cranberry season. (And before it’s over, make sure to stock up on fresh cranberries so you can freeze them for use throughout the following months!)

Cranberries aren’t exactly a food I’m dying to eat or cook with all the time, but when I think about some of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes, they’re definitely a flavor that pops up a lot. Whether they’re fresh, frozen, cooked, or dried, cranberries can be a surprisingly versatile ingredientโ€”enhancing both sweet and savory dishes.

In case anyone needs a bit of inspiration for using the tart fruit this season, I put together a little list of some of the ways I like to use cranberries.

Some are more of a holiday season vibe, while a few others are great at any time of the year. I hope some of the recipes jump out and inspire you! Just click the name to get taken to the recipe for each dish. (And comment at the end with some of your favorite ways to use cranberries! I’m always looking for new ideas.)
