For a decadent dip for apples, strawberries, and other fruit, whip up a quick batch of this smooth chocolatey mixture.
Apples dipped in caramel is fine and all, but I’ve become hooked on this super basic chocolate dip. I tend to make this when my sweet tooth is calling, because it’s a delicious chocolatey recipe that you dip fruit into. Therefore, it’s healthy or something.
I actually would categorize this as a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth (in moderation, of course), because you’re getting antioxidants from the dark chocolate and healthy fats and protein from the peanut butter. This has become my favorite way to indulge mid-afternoon when I want a treat. Plus, the fact that this is a dip for fruit means you’re filling up on more than just chocolate.
I always slice up an apple to eat with this, but strawberries are another fruit that would be absolutely divine dipped into this smooth, almost a ganache-type concoction.
