Who’s ready for some footbaaaaaall?!
This weekend is the Super Bowl, which means a lot of us will be glued to our TVs with game day snacks in hand. And by “a lot of us,” I mean other people because I have a short attention span when it comes to sports on TV. The snacks though…count me in.
If you plan to watch the big game this Sunday, I have a little challenge for you: a Super Bowl-themed workout! I found one of these last year and decided to do it, except I tweaked it a lot to include exercises I prefer. Today’s post is the outcome of that updated workout.
This workout could go so many ways, depending on how the teams play each other. Some acts/exercises might barely even happen while others happen a LOT. Either way, I think this is a good base for getting a bit active while watching…others get active.
We’re fully planning to just stay cooped up in our apartment to watch the game because it’s too cold to go anywhere. If you’ll be at home or at a friend’s house, I invite you to join me in the themed workout!
