And just like that, it’s Monday again! We enjoyed a weekend of adventures, including drinks in the Gaslamp (AKA downtown San Diego) on Saturday night and brunch with a bit of sunshine in Ocean Beach on Sunday.
Amidst all the fun, I’ve been slowly recovering from my workout on Friday, which made it CLEAR that I never do pullups anymore and haven’t done much core work since pulling my rib muscle in December. Myย Max-Rep Pushups and Pullups Workout and Get Ripped Ab Circuit continue to be a favorite workout combo of mine, because they ALWAYS leave me sore. (Hurts so good.)
