Does anyone else think arm workouts are a relief from their normal workout schedule? I love dumbbell-based upper body workouts because they somehow feel like less effort since I’m not doing cardio or doing heavy lower body exercises. Don’t get me wrong, though, I’m always sore AF after doing upper body workouts.
Speaking of being sore AF, I did my Strong Legs Weight Lifting Workout a couple days ago, and although I was planning to do my 20-Minute Ladder Workout today, my thighs were way too sore to even consider it. So I decided to just focus on my upper half this morning.
I’ve been loving very targeted upper body workouts, like my Chest and Back Workout and Biceps and Triceps Workout, but this morning I wanted to do all the things, so I created this new circuit to do just that.
It works the biceps, triceps, chest, delts, traps, and shoulders. I did it for a total of three times, which finished out my goal of a 20-minute workout.
All the exercises I’ve featured in past workouts, and you can find examples in my exercise guide. Just grab some dumbbells and go through the list with slow and focused movement.
Hope you enjoy it!
