In some workouts that I find, I’m not always sure how to do a specific exercise. Sometimes there are several names or variations of the exercise as well. I figured I would do some of the work for you and put together a list of common exercises I use in my workouts.
Just click the link, and it will take you to a YouTube video of that exercise. Unfortunately, some videos have a lot of talking, but I chose them because they are the versions I do of each exercise. I think they all get the point across. Some are pretty basic, just showing you the exercise; others give you the details on the proper form. Try your best to imitate the people in the videos, and you should be all set!
