Get Low Circuit + My Favorite Things

It’s been awhile since I shared a workout on here. This may have something to do with me not working out consistently in quite awhile, but that’s beside the point…

So I’m happy to be sharing a fresh new circuit workout as part of today’s list of favorites. I did this a couple days ago, and it was pleasantly difficult.

Get Low Circuit Workout

I went through the list twice, resting for a minute in between (as well as randomly throughout because damn). Each time through took me about 10 to 12 minutes, making the whole workout less than 25 minutes. It turned out to be a great workout, hence why I’m sharing it. All of the exercises I’ve featured in past workouts, and links to demonstrations can be found on my exercise guide.

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things

Going to Sports Games – Matt got a couple tickets to the Chargers vs. Cowboys game last week from a coworker, and I was surprised at how much fun it was! This was my first time going to an NFL game, and although I’m not a huge football fan, actually going to the live game was a fun adventure.

Baked Apple WoodWick Candle – Upon finding this candle at Home Goods recently, I have decided I’m ready for fall. The scent of baked apple coming from a candle that sounds like a crackling fire? Ya, I’m down.

Red Velvet Cupcake Wine – I’m not usually a big wine connoisseur—I just like wine…all the wine. A friend recommended this recently, though, and I thought it was especially delicious. Plus, I don’t think it’s more than $10 (the cap for most wines I buy because meh).

Sanuk Yoga Spree Flip Flops – Oh hey, it’s a close-up of my feet! I apologize for that, but I wanted to showoff these fancy flip flops I got a few months ago that make me feel like I’m walking on a cloud yoga mat. I needed a simple pair of black flip flops that were comfy, so I got these. Even though they’re a bit loose, I’d highly recommend these!

    I love Sanuk! I have the yoga mat wrap sandals from them. Great circuit-I like things that are easy and equipment free. Visting from wild workout wednesdays!

      Welcome! I heard great things about Sanuk, so when I was looking for a pair, I was trying to decide between these and the wrap ones. Might have to get a pair of those in the future. 😉
