First off, Happy Memorial Day!
Are you celebrating today?! We kind of did last night and did a bit of grilling. By the way, corn on the cob is the bee’s knees. (I don’t think I’ve ever used that expression before.) Oh, and we were feeling rebellious and drank white wine instead of red with steak. I know–crazy kids over here.
We actually just got back from a 5-mile run around a nearby lake. It really sucked. Some days I just really don’t like running. I did make sure to douse myself in sunscreen, though, since my stupid sun rashes from last weekend are just about gone but not completely. Oh, sweet relief!
Much of my weekend was spent working on blog stuff, updating various parts. As you may have noticed, I created a new banner photo. ‘Tis much, much better. I’m not sure if I’m sold on it yet, but it’s definitely an improvement on my last one. Plus, I’ll take any excuse to buy a plethora of fruit. We’re fully stocked with pineapple, apples, strawberries, bananas, and more. This girl’s in heaven.
And that, my friends, is today’s super short post! We’re off to go on more adventures. If you haven’t already, make sure to check out Friday’s post Why Do You Blog? and let me know your story if you’re a blogger. I love learning about what motivates others!
Have a good rest of your Monday!
Noel Sawinski says
Usually, sunburn symptoms continue to get worse in the first 24 to 36 hours after the sunburn. Sunburns start to go away over 3 to 5 days. Severe sunburns can be serious in babies, small children, and older adults because of their sensitive skin and their high risk for other problems.“:;
Bye-bye
