I’ve come to realize that I have an addiction to creating new music playlists. I think I’ve created about four more this week, alone—which makes my grand total on Spotify to over 50. separate. playlists. HOW ON EARTH…?
I know.
Music has this powerful way of affecting your mood, and I try to tap into this to find songs that complement whatever mood I’m in. That’s why I have so many playlists—there’s one for LITRALLY (spoken in Chris Traeger’s voice) every mood I could ever be in.
Most of the time, I’m not even trying to assemble an entire list; they just slowly grow over time. A few weeks ago, I noticed that my “Good Vibes” playlist was getting beautifully long, and a lot of the songs were super upbeat. That’s when it occurred to me that this would make the PERFECT workout playlist.
Enter: today’s post.
This is kind of like my Upbeat Workout Playlist but more fine-tuned to being in a good mood. Each song emits good vibes, and that’s why I am absolutely in love with this playlist. I hope you find it just as wonderful, and that it puts you in as good of a mood as it does for me!
