Now that it’s May, I can officially say…We’re getting married in a year! Woohoo!
Over the past couple weeks, we’ve made a little bit of progress in the planning – at this point, we’re just trying to get the vendors locked in. I haven’t been too worried about getting everything done (because hello…it’s a year away). I think I’m more so worried about having too much time and going crazy. I’m already wanting to just…make decisions…and get this show on the road. Haha. But since we’re having a “destination” wedding in the Midwest near our family, I know having the extra time will be helpful since we’re over here in San Diego.
Slowly but surely, we’ll get to that aisle.

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things
So Fresh So Clean – Ya, so I’ll probably be making this soon for our bathroom. It’s too good not to.
Shut Up and Dance by Walk the Moon – This one reminds me of my relationship with Matt. We kind of live on the dance floor, if you weren’t aware.
Adult Coloring Books – I didn’t even know these were thing until about a week or two ago. They’re like normal coloring pages but way more detailed. Apparently they’re supposed to be good for your brain? All I know is I like coloring, and although it’s a bit intimidating, pages like this one below looks like a good time to me.
Kitchen Printables – I think these are just the cutest. Maybe someday I’ll have a kitchen that has wall space, so I can get fancy with the decor.
Dos Equis Dos-A-Rita – I realize yesterday was Cinco de Mayo, but I feel the need to share this anyways. One thing you should know, I really don’t like Budlight’s Lime-A-Rita because it’s so beyond sweet. We discovered Dos Equis’ version of a beer margarita, and I gotta say…I’m digging it.

I am totally obsessed by that song too. Have no idea why but I keep singing it in the car and my kids think I am a crazy mom/
