Monday: Most of my 35-Minute Gradual Speed Increase Run – I stopped so I wouldn’t fall and die.
Tuesday: Toned Arms & Shoulders, No Equipment Needed Core & Legs Circuit, and 5 pushups to re-restart my pushup challenge.
Today: My 20-minute Up & Down Treadmill Run
It’s been a busy week so far!
Matt’s family is visiting for the next week, so we’re straying from our usual TV-filled weeknights and going on adventures instead, which I’m all for. Last night we went to Green Flash Brewery. Tonight and the rest of the week, we’re just playing it by ear.

Coffee Flavoring: Maple Spice Syrup. This contributed to what was quite possibly the best latte or coffee drink in general that I have ever had. It smells like pancakes and tastes exactly like Waffle Crisp Cereal–in the best way possible. Seek the flavoring. It’ll change your life. I’m seriously considering buying it to add to coffee…
Picture: Siblings. Aren’t siblings just the best?! This picture cracks me up. If anything, the evil girl in the back was me as a child torturing my sister with my annoying ways. Sorry, Ash.

Healthy Dessert: Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt. Combine Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey, and cinnamon – voila! Love this idea. Pumpkin ice cream is deLISH, so I have to assume this would be tasty as well.

Ooh, maple spice flavoring! that sounds like it would be delicious for fall coffees! i’ll have to see if i can find something similar 🙂
