I’m short on the favorites this week. Either I’m not very amused by things or I’m not spending enough time on Pinterest. I’m going with the latter. Therefore, I have a few favorites in the form of children and food—two of the best things in life.

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things
Truth: A Cardboard Box. Learn to love the little things—like we all did once upon a time.
Healthy Breakfast: Apple Pancake Rings. I always feel guilty when I eat pancakes because it’s bread covered in sugar. I mean, hello, it’s amazing, but this seems like a better option.
Healthy Dish: Parmesan Garlic Quinoa. I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up quinoa. This one intrigues me.
