A Few of My Favorite Things

Workout

Monday: 25-Minute Incline Run – holy crap is that hard
Tuesday: Sad full body circuit that wasn’t too challenging
Today: Running like a boss. Picking from my treadmill workouts for whatever I’m in the mood for.


Hola.

I’m short on the favorites this week. Either I’m not very amused by things or I’m not spending enough time on Pinterest. I’m going with the latter. Therefore, I have a few favorites in the form of children and food—two of the best things in life.

Also, make sure to check out my Classic Peanut Butter Cookies recipe because it’s National Peanut Butter Cookie Day! Now, go get your healthy fats on.

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things

Truth: A Cardboard Box. Learn to love the little things—like we all did once upon a time.

Healthy Breakfast: Apple Pancake Rings. I always feel guilty when I eat pancakes because it’s bread covered in sugar. I mean, hello, it’s amazing, but this seems like a better option.

Healthy Dish: Parmesan Garlic Quinoa. I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up quinoa. This one intrigues me.

Pic: Swinging. If Monday was in the dictionary, this picture would be next to the definition. You’re there, but you’re a little bit dead.
