So I whipped up some treadmill magic last night, and it felt amazing. I think it’s safe to say this my new favorite running interval workout. By increasing the speed by .1 every minute, I got up to 7 at a certain point. Overall, it was challenging yet doable.
Tonight, I’m planning to combine a couple circuit routines for a full body workout. Pinterest, don’t let me down!

Splashing in Puddles – This picture makes me happy because splashing in puddles is awesome. It reminds of when I got my rain boots in college and suddenly I could walk through puddles without fear. Straight-Up Cheerios – This has been my lunch pretty much everyday for the last week. I don’t know why, but it’s a wonderful midday treat. It somehow keeps me full for a while too. I’m thoroughly impressed with you, plain Cheerios.
