So I whipped up some treadmill magic last night, and it felt amazing. I think it’s safe to say this my new favorite running interval workout. By increasing the speed by .1 every minute, I got up to 7 at a certain point. Overall, it was challenging yet doable.
Tonight, I’m planning to combine a couple circuit routines for a full body workout. Pinterest, don’t let me down!

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things
Splashing in Puddles – This picture makes me happy because splashing in puddles is awesome. It reminds of when I got my rain boots in college and suddenly I could walk through puddles without fear. It’s a wonderful feeling. Plus, it can be pretty fun. Rain boots = great investment. Just saying.
Baby’s first photobomb – Simply awesome. The more I look at this, the more I love it. [Source]
Learn to love the burn – It’s so true. Makes me feel alive and hardcore! Plus, it makes life easier when we learn to love the challenges! [Source]
Straight-Up Cheerios – This has been my lunch pretty much everyday for the last week. I don’t know why, but it’s a wonderful midday treat. It somehow keeps me full for a while too. I’m thoroughly impressed with you, plain Cheerios.
Questions for you:
Do you ever eat cereal for meals other than breakfast?
What’s your workout for today? Are you going to love the burn?
Who wants to party?

My roommate and I leave notes for each other on the mirror occasionally but they’re usually boring like “out of paper towels” or “fix cabinet”. It’s a good idea though! Also, big cheerios fan, as long as they are sans milk. I only like dry cereal so I eat it as a snack instead of a meal most of the time.

Without milk?! That’s just crazy talk. I suppose it’s still pretty good though. 🙂 And I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before our board turns into a “fix cabinet” type of deal too.

I’ve been eating cereal every night before bed. Otherwise I wake up hungry at 2am and have to eat something. Alex says I’m going to miss my cereal fix after I have the baby.
