Green Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1 smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tsp pure honey
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water or other liquid
  • Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana, and coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into small bowl, and gently add desired toppings.
