Green Smoothie Bowl
Servings: 1 smoothie bowl
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp pure honey
- 1/4-1/2 cup water or other liquid
- Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana, and coconut flakes
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into small bowl, and gently add desired toppings.
