Cocoa Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

ripe banana

cup
unsweetened almond milk (or dairy)

chia seeds

Tbs
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
tsp
vanilla extract
Optional: banana slices and chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. When ready to serve, top with banana slices and chocolate chips.
