Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 2 Tbs plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the oat flour, wheat flour, and baking soda. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream sugar, butter, and yogurt together. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
