Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk the oat flour, wheat flour, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream sugar, butter, and yogurt together. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
