Caramel is all fine and dandy for apples, but I’m all about the chocolate—the dark chocolate to be exact.
This is a ridiculously simple recipe that I’m sharing because I’m in love with it. Four out of five times when I eat an apple these days, I dip it in this heavenly concoction. It’s my way of eating fruit while experiencing chocolatey bliss. You could dip any fruit in it though. I just eat a lot of apples.
Enter Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip:
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip makes for rich and creamy dip for any fruit. It's a healthy alternative to the usual caramel and cream cheese fruit dips.
- 1/4 c dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 Tbs water
- Put it all in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds, and stir until thoroughly mixed. Then dip away!
