And so begins week #2 of January! Not sure about you, but I’m still feeling excited about all the possibilities that come with starting a new year.
As I’ve been working on my goals, I’ve gotten back to my weekly meal planning system, returned to my gallon-a-day water consumption, and been surprisingly good about eating lots of veggies, despite all the holiday candy still lying around. So I guess you could say I’m pretty much the epitome of good health over here. 😉
If you haven’t thought too much about what you want to accomplish, it’s not too late to make goals for 2018! The start of each week, month, and especially year can be so inspiring if you let it. At least for me, these mini-beginnings seem to make negative thoughts fade away and whatever was dragging me down seems to disappear. I always try to embrace this time because it can be a natural time for positive change.
“There’s nothing quite like a fresh start.” Simple yet so true.
