I’ve decided I need to hire a personal assistant to roll out my muscles/IT bands like 50 times a day. I’m ashamed to say that I worked up a sweat using the athlete stick to roll out my legs yesterday–it’s strangely a lot of work. But if I’m ever going to get back to running, my legs need to loosen up, and my foam roller and athlete stick are the ways to make pain that happen.
It’s amazing how painful something so good for you can be. Curse you, roller devices!

Nude Heels – Thank you, Ross, for selling these simple yet perfect nude-colored Steve Madden heels. I’ve been on the look-out for a good pair of nude heels, and I love how these are tall but not too tall. I’m still trying to figure out if these are going to kill my feet. But they’re pretty, so I’ve got that going for me.
Positively Green Cards – I’m so in love with this brand of cards. The simple images, the quotes, the messages inside–all of it is perfection.

Blanket Scarves – I love the look of plaid blanket scarves. Anytime I see one in the store, though, they look so big. I don’t know if I could pull them off, but when I see pictures of them styled in different ways like below, I am convinced I need one. [Source]
